7. Limitation of Liability
brandwordco's total liability for any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. In case of termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, España.
10. Changes to Terms
brandwordco reserves the right to update these terms at any material time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
